What Ascendra does

Ascendra uses AI to analyze a decision you describe and returns a structured report (facts, risks, scenarios, recommendation, and action plan). The output is generated automatically and reflects only the information you provide — it is not independently verified against external sources.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.
• You will not use Ascendra to submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or misuse the service or its underlying AI systems.

No guarantee of outcome

Ascendra does not guarantee that any recommendation, risk rating, or scenario will be accurate, complete, or lead to a favorable outcome. All decisions and their consequences remain your responsibility.

Plans and billing

Ascendra currently offers a Free tier. Paid tiers (Pro, Enterprise) are being rolled out; billing terms will be presented at the time of purchase and take precedence over this general description.

Availability

Ascendra is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, particularly during this early-access period.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ascendra and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made in reliance on a generated report.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Ascendra after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
